- Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide access to the property as required and ensure that all areas to be worked on are clear and accessible.
- You are responsible for removing or protecting valuables and fragile items in the work area.
7. Materials & Guarantees
- We use high-quality materials from trusted suppliers. Any materials supplied by the client are the client’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
